Our history of existence is a story full of work, quality and responsibility, and a tradition of over 30 years full of energy and passion. It was my father who taught me that being an intercessor means to follow your passion and take the benefits from it. I spent about 70% of my life at work, in what is now known as the great family Degert Auto sha, and that’s because I love what I do. Even in the most difficult days, I’m happy. I see this fact as a separate challenge.

Collaboration with our partners all over the world has been a motivation for us. Has taught me that the key to a long-term successful company is to make your clients or consumers they are being listen to. Be the center of attention when it comes to suggestions, criticisms, ideas and even their needs. I think we have achieved over the years, this practice of work is an inseparable part of our daily activity

I have learned that being a good leader is to consider yourself a real employee of the team you work with, and build an organic culture in which you want to live every day.
